DDA Housing Scheme 2021: Here's how to check draw results and waiting list
DDA released the results for the housing scheme for which the allotment was based on a random number generation system. It included flats offered for various categories at locations such as Dwarka, Jasola, Manglapuri, Vasant Kunj and Rohini.
Delhi Development Authority (DDA) held a draw for the allotment of houses under the DDA Housing Scheme 2021 on Wednesday. The entire draw process was live telecasted from 11am and was conducted in the presence of senior officials. DDA released the results for the housing scheme for which the allotment was based on a random number generation system. It included flats offered for various categories at locations such as Dwarka, Jasola, Manglapuri, Vasant Kunj and Rohini. Until February 16, which was the last date for submitting applications for the DDA housing scheme, over 33,000 applications were submitted. The scheme was launched on January 2,2021 and included 1,354 flats on offer under which for the high-income group (HIG) category 254 flats were offered; for low-income group (LIG) group 52 flats were offered, for economically weaker section (EWS) group 291 flats were offered and for the middle-income group (MIG) category 757 flats were offered.

Here’s how you can check the result of the draw held by DDA:
Step 1: Visit the official website of the Delhi Development Authority: www.dda.org.in
Step 2: On the homepage of the website, click on the hyperlink under the ‘Online Public Service’ section that reads, “Draw Result of DDA Housing Scheme 2021”.
Step 3: In a new window, a list of all those who have been allotted flats will open.
Step 4: Use Ctrl + F or Command + F to search your name or application number in the list.
According to DDA’s official statement, all applicants are required to submit the cost of the house within a period of 90 days from the date of issue of demand-cum-allotment letter. After the possession letter has been issued, the buyer can save a date for physical possession of the house and also reserve the date of execution of conveyance deed through the official online portal.
