My honesty won me love and respect: Megha Dhade
Megha Dhade has no regrets about the show or her life and given a chance, she would do everything again in the exact same order
When Megha Dhade got out of the Bigg Boss Marathi house last week, the first thing she did when she reached home was draw the curtains and nap for an hour. “It was complete bliss as we never got to sleep in complete darkness. Post that I have been on the go with events and interviews, but I am enjoying every bit of it,” says Megha, who is the winner of the first season of the reality show.
Megha has been meaning to spend some quality time with her family and daughter Sakshi, however she has been pressed for time. “Sakshi has been thrilled with my win. She would always say if you participate in a reality show you will definitely win. I am looking forward to complete all my commitments and spend some good amount of time with her.”
The Matter (2012) actor has no regrets about the show or her life and given a chance, she would do everything again in the exact same order. “I clicked with the audiences because I was myself throughout. My honesty won me love and respect from everyone. People have been saying that I shouldn’t have made Sai (Lokur) and Pushkar (Jog) my friends, but I still think I wasn’t wrong. I connected with them without a plan or strategy, I genuinely liked their personalities and determination to win. Whatever happened after that was their call. I stuck to my words throughout the show,” says Megha.
The actor is now keen on taking up roles that are strong and portray women in good light. “The medium doesn’t matter, I just want to be a part of meaningful projects. I want to create awareness on women empowerment and do similar roles.”
