MUMBAI: Navy Children School (Colaba) drubbed St Mary’s High School (SSC) (Mazagaon) 5-1 in the under-16 MSSA football tournament on Monday. Prince Kulhari and Rahul Sethi scored two goals apiece while Naveen Kumar scored the other for the winners.

AMIR DOUBLE IN CARMELITE WIN

Amir Sayyed scored twice to help Carmelites SC’s win 3-1 over Somlands SC in a Premier Division fourth round match of the 15th Bandra West Football league. The winners were trailing 0-1 at half time before Amir scored twice in quick succession to help his team come out on top. Smit Devkar scored the third goal to ensure three points for the Carmelites.
