The unseeded Indo-Pak pair lost their semifinal 5-7 5-7 in one hour and 36 minutes against the American-Bahamas combination.
Bopanna and Qureshi had stunned formidable Americans Mike and Bob Bryan in the quarter-finals.
Bopanna and Qureshi earned 180 ranking points each and split $ 17,000 as prize money.
