What are Janel Grant's new allegations against WWE boss Nick Khan? ‘my life changed after…’
Janel Grant's lawsuit against WWE details allegations on Vince McMahon and Nick Khan. Grant claims Khan was aware of her abusive relationship in new document.
Former WWE employee Janel Grant has made fresh allegations against WWE president Nick Khan. She claimed in 139 pages of documents filed with the U.S. District Court of Connecticut that Khan was aware of and enabled the alleged misconduct of ex-chairman Vince McMahon.

The developments come as Grant continues to pursue claims ranging from sexual assault and trafficking to harassment and abuse against McMahon and WWE.
The case was first filed in 2024 and has already led to McMahon's resignation from WWE’s parent company.

What did Grant allege about Nick Khan?
In her latest filing, Grant’s legal team argues that Khan was informed about McMahon’s relationship with her but failed to intervene or question its nature. She claims that senior WWE leadership, including Khan, were aware of the situation and did not act to prevent or address the alleged misconduct.
The court documents Grant filed read, “Vince then informed me that he had spoken privately with Nick Khan and Brad Blum during which he formally disclosed the sexual nature of his relationship with me.”
Grant further alleged that her situation worsened after Khan joined WWE in 2020. She described his arrival as a turning point in her experience within the company. According to the filing, executives allegedly viewed her as a “liability” rather than a victim, contributing to a hostile work environment.
“I view Nick’s arrival as the moment that my life changed for the worse…Nick never asked me whether the relationship was consensual. Instead, Nick also waited for Vince to finish engaging with me sexually during meetings,” the document read.
The court records include specific details regarding the harm McMahon may have caused. Grant designated WWE executive John Laurinaitis as a defendant in addition to Vince McMahon and WWE.

Background: Lawsuit against Vince McMahon and WWE
Grant’s lawsuit accuses McMahon of coercing her into a sexual relationship and subjecting her to repeated abuse during her time with WWE between 2019 and 2022.
The allegations include claims of sexual trafficking, physical abuse, and exploitation, which McMahon has denied. The controversy forced him to step down from his role at WWE’s parent company, TKO Group Holdings.
In the recent filing, Grant talks about contemplating suicide and wrote, “I saw no way out of this, between Vince, Nick, Brad, Johnny [Laurinaitis], and the corporate plan that dealt with me, followed by Vince’s instructions to walk to my new boss’s hotel room (that WWE paid for) to sexually serve myself to him as ‘breakfast.’”
She further added, “Weeks later, around the beginning of April, I found myself in such immense emotional and physical [pain] that I attempted suicide.”
Neither WWE nor Khan has publicly addressed the latest allegations in detail. The company has previously stated it is cooperating with legal processes while maintaining that it takes such claims seriously.
