Jacqueline Fernandez and Sajid Khan split

After a three year long steady relationship filmmaker Sajid Khan and Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez have decided to call it quits.

Post Houseful 2 lovers filmmaker Sajid Khan and Sri Lankan Bollywood beauty Jacqueline Fernandez decided to part ways, Mumbai Mirror reports. They ended their three year relationship as a mutual decision to help their separate careers as Sajid's possessiveness was reportedly stalling Jackie's career.

While on one hand Sajid's film Himmatwala bombed in the theatres, Jacqueline's Race-2 got her a lot of attention and film offers. The daily reports via a source that, "Sajid and Jacqueline were having serious issues since February this year. But they have many common friends who always helped them patch up. Their efforts worked for a while, but the cracks kept resurfacing."

The Mumbai Mirror also points out that, "Sajid never shied away from confessing his love for her, Jacqueline has always evaded all questions pertaining to her 'boyfriend," suggesting a sense of discord between the two from the very beginning.
A friend of the filmmaker told the daily that the "parting was amicable" and that "there is no animosity" between the two.
