MC commissioner-cum-administrator Rajesh Jogpal said the civic body will impose a penalty every time a pet owner is found allowing dog to poop in the open areas such as roads, parks, footpaths. He said Rs 500 fine is to be paid for the first time, while it will keep increasing during next violations.
