The external affairs ministry, which announced PM Narendra Modi’s visit to Uzbekistan, said he was likely to hold a few bilateral meetings in Samarkand.
The SCO summit will be attended by the leaders of the organisation's member states, observer states, secretary-general of the SCO, executive-director of the SCO regional anti-terrorist structure (RATS), president of Turkmenistan, and other invited guests.
