The French carrier is set to go head to head with other low cost airlines in offering discounted fares for short and medium-haul flights, though travelers will need to renounce perks such as checked luggage, flexible ticketing and frequent flyer miles.

All-inclusive tickets will still be available at the current price of economy class seats to offer a larger choice to passengers.
