Bigg Boss 11 contestant Arshi Khan’s party had Hina Khan, Vikas Gupta, Priyank Sharma, Akash Dadlani and Jyoti Kumari dancing away to glory. But why did Shilpa Shinde give it a miss?

More than a week after the finale of Bigg Boss 11, contestant Arshi Khan organised a bash which saw most of the participants from this season in attendance. The major exception being Arshi’s friend-turned-enemy Shilpa Shinde.

Arshi Khan and Shilpa Shinde began their Bigg Boss 11 journey on a positive note and Arshi even called Shilpa ‘ma’. However, things turned sour later.

Pictures from the party are being widely shared on Instagram and going by the pics, Hina Khan, Vikas Gupta, Priyank Sharma, Akash Dadlani, Jyoti Kumari and several others can be seen enjoying their time at the party. Sabyasachi Satpathy and Sshivani Duragh were also seen at the bash.

Interestingly, Shilpa Shinde, who is said to be living in the same building as Arshi, was missing from the scene. In most of her post-victory interviews, Shilpa has said she would never want to meet Hina again and also how Arshi and her “standard” doesn’t match.

Shilpa won the reality show on January 14 and grabbed the prize money of Rs 44 lakh. Hina was the first runner-up while Vikas was announced as the second runner-up as per the audiences’ votes.

Going over the three months she spent inside the house, Shilpa had said the most bitter moments were due to Arshi and Akash. Talking about the moment she was announced the winner, Shilpa told India Forums in her interview, “My major breakdown happened because of Akash Dadlani and Arshi Khan.” Arshi and Akash were initially close to Shilpa and even called her mom for a few weeks inside the house. However, the trio later fell apart and Shilpa was left alone to fend for herself.
