Gautami doesn’t nag Ram Kapoor for his weight

“I used to initially tell him a lot about losing weight, but not now. If someone wants to change something, it has to come from within them. So I don’t nag him ­anymore,” says Gautami, who is currently seen ­playing the role of Sneha Rishi Mathur in a daily soap.

On the brighter side, Gautami says that people have started connecting with Ram because of his family man image. “There are friends of mine who call me up and tell me that their husbands can relate to Ram because of his paunch. I guess in a way, Ram’s physique complements the roles that he plays on-screen,” says Gautami, who has worked with Ram in shows such as Ghar Ek Mandir and Kehta Hai Dil.
