Actor Tusshar Kapoor, who hit quite a few comical notes with his portrayal of Lucky in the Golmaal film series, will now don the hat of a judge for a new comic series, titled Nautanki.

The show, which will go on air on Colors early next year, will follow the Broadway style of comedy-play format bringing an eclectic mix of entertaining gags and stories that are energetic and hilarious.

Interestingly, the show will feature veterans of comedy world like Ghuggi — the funny ‘paape’ from Jalandhar, Rashmi Desai aka Tapasya of Uttaran, TV actor Kamya Punjabi who has been part of shows such as Banoo Mein Teri Dulhann, Woh Rehne Waali Mehlon Ki and Amber Dhara, and actor-comedian Nikhil Ratnaparkhi, each will portray four characters along with a guest character trapped in various situations in every episode.

Actor and Bigg Boss contestant Vishal Karwal will be the first person to make a guest appearance on the show.
