China: Powerful Tornado Hits Hainan, Topples Trees in Wanning

A powerful tornado hit Wanning City in China’s Hainan Province, bringing down trees and causing damage across the area. The local meteorological department preliminarily identified the phenomenon as a tornado with winds of around 30 metres per second.
