China's 'genocide' against Uyghurs: Japan urged to join clamour for U.N debate

There are about 12 million Uyghurs, mostly Muslim, living in china's Xinjiang region. Uyghurs speak their own language & see themselves as culturally close to Central Asia. Beijing orchestrating migration of the ethnic majority to dilute the Uyghur population. The Xi Jinping regime has also been accused of banning religious practices in the region. Reports suggest the communist regime been forcibly mass sterilising Uyghur women. Over the past few years, China has held over a million Uyghurs against their will.
