Illegal immigrants snatch the rights of Indian Muslims: Dinesh Sharma

Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Dinesh Sharma commented on Assam's National Register of Citizens (NRC) draft on Wednesday. He said that illegal immigrants also take away the rights of Muslims, along with Sikhs and Christians. He said that people from all religions are affected by the illegal immigrants, not just the Hindus. His comments came after West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Bannerjee said the NRC would lead to civil strife in the country.
