Madhya Pradesh: Dalit boy whipped by petrol pump owner for skipping work

Young Dalit allegedly tied at petrol pump and thrashed for skipping work without permission. The incident took place in Madhya Pradesh's Hoshangabad on the night of June 23 and reported to the police on July 2. The accused duo has been arrested.
