Heavy rainfall lashed the national capital today, bringing relief from the scorching heat. The maximum temperature was recorded at 35 degrees Celsius whereas minimum temperature was recorded at 28 degrees Celsius. Uttarakhand's capital Dehradun also received heavy rainfall.
