‘Can vaccinate entire Delhi in 3 months if...’: Kejriwal amid Covid cases surge

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has said that there is no reason to panic over the recent surge in Covid cases in the capital. ‘I appeal to everyone, who is eligible, to get themselves vaccinated. 30,000-40,000 vaccines are being administered per day, as of now. We will increase this to 1.25 lakh vaccines per day,’ Kejriwal said. He also appealed to the Central government to relax guidelines for opening of vaccination centers and the eligibility criteria as well. ‘If government relaxes parameters of vaccination, the entire Delhi can be vaccinated in three months,’ Kejriwal added.
