South Africa's Cape Town appears stunning amid lockdown. The tourist destinations of the city continue to remain deserted. SA Cyril Ramaphos President announced a 21-day national lockdown starting March 26. Restrictions include no pet walking, no outdoor exercise, no going to the beaches.
