'Difficult & dangerous moment': 36-hr curfew in Kyiv after Russia pounds city

Kyiv Mayor has announced a curfew from 11:30PM (IST) tonight as Russian forces close in on the capital. Kyiv mayor declared bar on moving around the city without special permission, except to go to bomb shelters. Russian forces targeted three residential buildings, one of Kyiv's metro stations also damaged in Russian shelling.
