Protests against ‘Panipat’ film: Rajasthan CM’s ‘respect sentiments’ appeal

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot reacted to protests against the film 'Panipat'. Some members of the Jat community expressed anger over allegedly 'wrong portrayal' of Maharaja Surajmal in the film. They have alleged that facts have been distorted in 'Panipat'. Jats have also threatened to intensify their protests if the film is not edited as per their wishes. 'Panipat' stars Arjun Kapoor, Kriti Sanon and Sanjay Dutt, among others.
