The West has been preaching peace to Russia despite sending constant military aid to Kyiv. And now, it seems that EU nations are planning to send their troops to Ukraine. Hungary, a NATO member that has been openly opposing the West's arms aid, has now made a sensational claim that could ring alarm bells in Moscow. Viktor Orban, the Hungarian Prime Minister, claims that EU countries may send their troops to Ukraine. Orban went on to say that Europe is gradually sliding into war. The West claims it is not part of the conflict and is only supplying weapons to Ukraine to defend itself against the Russian offensive. On February 26, the Russian President stated that supplying weapons to a warring nation makes NATO a participant in the Ukraine conflict. If the EU sends troops to Ukraine, then Russia and the West might get into a "real war." Remember, Russia has made it clear that Moscow can go to any extent to defend itself.
