‘Aizawl FC’s meteoric rise in Indian football has been a fairytale’

Soccer in Mizoram was going nowhere since the 1980s -- even Aizawl FC, in contention as I-League champs this year was defunct after birth in 1984. Only a few like Shylo Malsawmtluanga and Jeje Lalpekhlua made it big with individual efforts.
