France Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot warned Israel against invading ‘friend’ Lebanon as the IDF amassed tanks and troops near the northern border. “There is still hope, but time is short. I therefore urge Israel to refrain from any ground incursions and to a cease-fire,” the French Foreign Minister said in Beirut.
