In the wake of the Oct 17 Al-Ahli hospital blast, the top human rights body has made some shocking claims. Human Rights Watch said its investigation report showed that a palestinian rocket misfire could be the reason behind the blast. HRW based its findings on photos, videos, satellite imagery, and witness statements' reviews. Hamas, on the other hand, rejected the report, calling it biased towards Israel & lacking conclusive evidence.
