India's security scenario worsened in recent years? Govt's 26/11, Lanka, example

India's foreign minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar answered critics who claim that the country's security scenario has worsened in the recent past. Speaking at the 19th edition of the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit, he listed incidents like the 26/11 terror attack, Chinese investments in Sri Lanka, and terror hubs in India's eastern neighbourhood to claim that the security scenario has in fact improved.
