‘Allegations of overseas properties are fables’: Karti Chidambaram

Karti Chidambaram, son of former finance minister, P Chidambaram, met his father at the CBI headquarters in Delhi on Tuesday. Junior Chidambaram denied owning any overseas properties at exotic locations. P Chidambaram was arrested on August 21 in connection with the INX Media case. The Chidambarams have issued a statement challenging the government to 'produce a shred of evidence'. Earlier, Karti Chidambaram had alleged a 'politically motivated witch-hunt' against his father.
