Uttarakhand Forest department rescued a Burmese python in Udham Singh Nagar's Kashipur. Video of the 16-feet-long python, weighing 91 kgs, has gone viral on social media. A forest official said that the python was spotted at Gaddha colony in Kashipur. The forest official added that they were informed by locals on Monday evening. Soon, a team of forest dept officials rushed to the spot and rescued the reptile. The snake was later released in the forests of Corbett Tiger Reserve.
