Article 370 I Vadodara shopowner hands out free dhoklas to celebrate

A shopkeeper in Gujarat's Vadodara distributed free dhoklas to celebrate the revoking of Article 370. The shopkeeper said he was happy with the government's move and distributing the dhoklas is a way to celebrate it.
