‘Citizen and development friendly budget’: PM Modi praises Sitharaman

Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and called the Union Budget 2019-20 a 'Citizen and development friendly budget'. He also added that the 2019 budget for a New India has a roadmap to transform the agriculture sector of the country. “This budget is one of hope,” said PM Narendra Modi.
