EU MPs’ delegation arrives in Srinagar to see situation post-370 dilution

A delegation consisting of 27 European lawmakers arrived in Jammu and Kashmir's Srinagar on Tuesday. The Members of European Parliament are the first foreign dignitaries visiting the region after the revocation of special status of the erstwhile state. The Narendra Modi-led National Democratic Alliance government diluted Article 370 of the Constitution on August 5, 2019. A day before their J&K trip, the MEPs had met Prime Minister Modi and National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, in Delhi.
