Srinagar: EU MPs meet Army commander & locals; take boat ride on Dal lake

A delegation of European legislators visited Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday. The 27 Members of European Parliament (MEPs) visited Srinagar. The MEPs met Lt Gen KJS Dhillon, Corps Commander, 15 Corps. The members of the delegation also took boat rides on Dal lake. The delegation also met civil society members in Srinagar. It is the first international team to visit J&K after abrogation of special status.
