Watch: Heavy snowfall in Lahaul-Spiti, 12 people stranded

At least 12 people stuck in Sissu area of Himachal Pradesh's Lahaul-Spiti. People were stranded after heavy snowfall in the area. Among the 12 people stranded, 10 were scholars. The sholars had gone on a horticulture development project. The government project was funded by the World Bank.
