How is Delhi’s ‘hazardous’ air impacting us?

On Monday, Delhi recorded an AQI of 731 at Rohini. Stubble burning by farmers is the main cause of air pollution and the World Health Organisation has termed air pollution the “new tobacco”. The Supreme Court has banned old vehicles from Delhi's roads and even imposed a fine as worsening air quality is a public health emergency even by the government's own data.
