Coronavirus: ICMR engaging with high quality private labs to increase test access

As coronavirus cases rise, the government plans to rope in private labs. Indian Council of Medical Research briefed media on latest coronavirus situation, adding that the medical research body is engaging with high-quality private laboratories to understand modalities to increase access to tests. So far, over 135 positive cases of coronavirus have been in India. The deadly virus has spread to over 140 countries. WHO has declared coronavirus outbreak a pandemic.
