‘If we were not talking...’: JNU Registrar on initiating dialogue with students

JNU Registrar dismissed claims of students that the administration has not initiated dialogue with them. Registrar Pramod Kumar said that the varsity administration is trying to make the students understand and that the registration process can be restarted. JNU Rector also appealed to students to withdraw their strike against hostel fee hike.
