‘Another big lie’ says Gambhir as Kejriwal announces free WiFi in Delhi

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announces launch of free Wifi in Delhi. The annoucement came on Wednesday where the Delhi CM said 11,000 hotspots will be set up across Delhi. The procedure will start from December 16. BJP leader Gautam Gambhir said claimed this to be 'another big lie'. Gambhir said the the Delhi CM 'has been lying since four and a half years'.
