15,000 officers, workers on duty during vote counting: MP Chief Electoral Officer

While addressing a press conference in capital city Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) VL Kantha Rao said, “Counting for the assembly election results will start at 8 am tomorrow, it will be done in around 22 rounds”. Postal ballot counting will take place simultaneously with the EVM counting. The officials who will be deployed for counting will be allotted by randomisation.
