PM Modi | Absence of BJP in UP kept development away for 14 years

Crediting the developments in Lucknow till date to former PM, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Prime Minister Modi said that BJP's absence in UP has kept the state's development in exile for 14 years. He appealed the residents to vote for development of Uttar Pradesh. PM Modi was addressing a Parivartan Rally in Lucknow, on Monday.
