‘Rajya Sabha supportive & not secondary house’: PM Modi on 250th RS session

PM Modi spoke at the historic 250th Rajya Sabha session and lauded the work done by the Upper house in India. Rajya Sabha should remain a supportive house in India's democracy. He also quoted former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee to say that Rajya Sabha is the second house and not the secondary house. The winter session of the Parliament kicked off on Monday.
