External Affairs minister S Jaishankar has said that secularism is not under threat in India. Speaking at a conference at the Council on Foreign relations, Jaishankar said that secularism is in the ethos of India's society and it has never changed. The Union Minister further added that if the society is not secular, no constitutional provision would be able to ensure it. Jaishankar is presently holding a slew of meetings with world leaders on the sidelines of the UNGA in New York.
