International shooter Vartika Singh wrote a letter to Home Minister Amit Shah offering to execute the rape convicts in the December 2012 gang rape case. “I should be hanging the December 2012 gang rape case convicts. This will send a message throughout the country that a woman can also conduct execution. I want the women actors, MPs to support me. I hope this will bring change in society,” said Vartika as reported by news agency ANI.
