Terror roots in India’s neighbourhood, says PM Modi while remembering 9/11

Prime Minister Narendra Modi warned of the global threat posed by terrorism, while remembering the 9/11 attack on United States of America. PM Modi said that strong roots of terrorism exist in India's neighbourhood, in a reference to Pakistan. The statement came a day after India and Pakistan went head-to-head at the United Nations Human Rights Council session in Geneva. The Indian delegation countered Islamabad's attempts to seek a UN probe on Jammu and Kashmir.
