Delhi government announced the sealing of borders on Monday for a week. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said only essential services will be allowed. Delhi government's decision came hours after Haryana opened movement across Gurugram-Delhi borders. Centre had announced inter-state movement and intra-state movement under revised guidelines for lockdown. However, it mentioned that States, UTs can decide on the restriction of movement.
