2G scam: Kanimozhi bail plea deffered till Oct 17

2G scam accused Kanimozhi's bail plea has been deferred to October 17. The CBI is not opposing her bail plea moved under section 437 of the Criminal procedure code, which allows bail if the applicant is under 16, a woman or sick or infirm.
