Even as the party leadership toils hard to quell a possible internal rift between the two, it seems senior BJP Leader, LK Advani has eventually given in to the populist demand of the party, giving nod to the appointment of Gujarat CM Narendra Modi to head a committee that would oversee the party's campaign and strategy for upcoming assembly elections.
