Afghan foreign minister Rassoul arrives in New Delhi

Afghanistan's Foreign Minister Zalmay Rassoul arrived in New Delhi today on a two-day visit during which he is scheduled to hold a series of meetings with his Indian counterpart SM Krishna and other senior officials. Rassoul's visit paves the way for the visit of Afghanistan President Hamid Karzai to New Delhi.
