Akhilesh quits Congress RS

Former minister and Congress Rajya Sabha MP Akhilesh Das resigned from the party as well as the Rajya Sabha on Tuesday. Das blamed the coterie around party General Secretary Rahul Gandhi for his move. Das, who represented Uttar Pradesh in the Rajya Sabha walking up to Chairman Hamid Ansari and handed over his resignation letter.
