Anti-rape law: Cabinet fails to reach consensus

The anti-rape law was not discussed in the meeting of the cabinet ministers in New Delhi on Thursday as the home and law ministries failed to arrive at a consensus, but the government reiterated it's stance of ushering in strong laws to combat crime against women.
