Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Chief Arvind Kejriwal said he would not resign as chief minister of Delhi, if elected to power, as he had done earlier this year. Hitting out at ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Kejriwal said that the party failed to fulfill the promises it made during parliamentary polls in April-May. The elections are likely to be held early next year as no party is in position to form the government.
